This data is processed on your behalf to provide the Service. We do not use your customer data to train AI models or for purposes other than delivering the Service to you.

1.3 Conversations and AI Interactions

When end users interact with the Impredek chat widget, conversation messages are processed to generate AI-powered responses. These conversations are stored in your workspace and are accessible only to authorized members of your organization.

1.4 Usage and Technical Information

We automatically collect certain technical information, including:

Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
Device information
Usage patterns within the Service
Error and performance data

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

3. AI and Third-Party Model Processing

Impredek uses third-party AI models (provided through OpenRouter) to generate responses, embeddings, and insights. When you use AI features, relevant content from your knowledge base and conversations may be sent to these AI providers for processing. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control how third-party AI providers process data after receiving it. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Impredek uses cookies and local storage for authentication, session management, and remembering your preferences. You can configure your browser to block cookies, though some features of the Service may not function properly as a result.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Organization administrators may configure conversation message archival settings to control how long closed conversation messages are retained.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. When an account is deleted, we will remove your personal information and take reasonable steps to delete associated data. Some data may be retained in backup systems for a limited period before final deletion.

Organization administrators can manage workspace data through the dashboard. Deleting an organization will remove associated data in accordance with our retention policies.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take steps to delete such information.

11. International Data Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Our infrastructure providers operate globally. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
